We are an adult specific company with a hub on Sydney's Northern Beaches. However, we also offer mobile services throughout Sydney's North, Nor-West and Inner West.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Connected Speech Pathology is searching for it's newest team member to join our outgoing, supportive team and close knit team of 6 clinicians. Due to the high demand for our services following another year of significant growth a new part-time position is available. Candidates of all experience levels may apply, however 2+ years experience is desired. This role could suit a candidate seeking flexibility as we endeavour to provide an adaptable and progressive work culture which can accommodate a sustainable work-life balance.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong complex communication skills including verbal, written and listening
- Excellent interpersonal skills, to allow for optimal and natural rapport and relationship building skills
- Excellent situational problem-solving skills
- A natural ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Developing autonomous clinical skills to work independently as required
- Sound ability to exhibit initiative without direction
- Sound client and time management skills, including personalized diary management in conjunction with broader team requirements
- A genuine interest in lifelong learning and professional development opportunities
